Jim Martin

Jim Martin started his firm in 2011 after working at a St. Louis based firm and starting from scratch.  Today his firm manages and advises on over $180,000,000 in assets. It didn’t happen by luck but hard work and discipline. Jim runs a high growth, high margin, process-oriented, efficient practice.  He is relentless in his objective to grow and build a world class business – the right way.

Today, one of his biggest passions is to give back to the industry that has given him so much. Coaching advisors and their teams to build their dream practices and help their clients live their best lives.

When Jim is not running his business or coaching advisors, he is spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, hunting, or just enjoying the outdoors.

Brad Warhurst

Brad Warhurst

Brad began his career as an independent financial advisor in 2007, just a few months before the start of the “The Great Recession.” More than 15 years later, he remains at the same broker/dealer running a niche practice of nearly $150 million in AUM. He works primarily with “mass affluent” households, with at least one spouse typically working in public education (either K-12 or higher ed). Brad attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Finance as well as an MBA. He also holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation.

Brad is a true automotive enthusiast and has a small collection of sports cars and motorcycles. But there are no garage queens here; every single one sees track time and practically lives at redline otherwise. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and shooting pool; although he’s only good at one of the three.

Gregg Gonzalez

Gregg Gonzalez

Gregg started off as an unlicensed administrative assistant in 2009. Several years later, he started building his retirement planning business one client at a time. Today, his boutique firm works with a little over 100 amazing clients (mostly women and couples) with total assets of $110,000,000. Gregg found by working with nice people he likes and respects, his work life is much more enjoyable and fulfilling. Gregg is hyper focused on setting and achieving the goals he has for himself and his business. Gregg is constantly raising the bar year after year. He is a lifelong learner and continues to sharpen his skills with the other hosts of the Financial Advisor’s Edge Podcast.

Gregg’s success came through hard work and planning, but this remarkable growth has led him wanting more out of this business. His new found passion comes from coaching advisors to get them on the fast track to growth, so their businesses give them all the joys in life they desire.

Gregg spends his time outside of work with his family or enjoying time at his dream farm either fishing, hunting, or working on projects.
